°£È£Á¶Á÷ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº ¾çÁúÀÇ °£È£Á¦°øÀ̸ç, ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¸ñÀûÀ» ´Þ¼ºÇϱâ À§Çؼ´Â Á¶Á÷ÀÇ È¿À²ÀûÀÎ Àη°ü¸®°¡ ÇʼöÀûÀ¸·Î µÞ¹ÞħµÇ¾î¾ß ÇÑ´Ù. ƯÈ÷ ȯÀÚÀÇ ÀÏÂ÷ÀûÀÎ Á¢Á¡¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ °£È£»ç´Â º´¿øÀηÂÀÇ 42¢¦45%·Î ³ôÀº ºñÁßÀ» Â÷ÁöÇÏ°í ÀÖ¾î º´¿ø³»ÀÇ °£È£»çÀÇ Àη°ü¸®´Â ´õ¿í Áß¿äÇÏ´Ù°í ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù(¹éÇýÁø, 1998). ±× Áß¿¡¼µµ ½Å±Ô°£È£»ç´Â »õ·Î¿î º´¿øȯ°æ¿¡¼ ¿©·¯ ÀÇ·á¿ä¿ø°ú ÇÔ²² ȯÀÚ ¹× º¸È£ÀÚ¿Í ´ëÀΰü°è¸¦ Çü¼ºÇÏ¸é¼ È¯ÀÚ°£È£¸¦ ÇØ¾ß Çϱ⠶§¹®¿¡ ´Ù¸¥ Á÷Á¾º¸´Ù ¾÷¹«°¡ º¹ÀâÇÏ°í, »õ·Î¿î ¿ªÇÒÀ» ¼öÇàÇϴµ¥ ¾î·Á¿òÀ» °æÇèÇÏ°Ô µÈ´Ù(±èÇý¼ø, 1982). ±×·¯¹Ç·Î »õ·Î¿î º´¿øȯ°æ¿¡ óÀ½ Á¢ÇÏ¸é¼ ¸¹Àº °¥µîÀ» °Þ´Â ½Å±Ô°£È£»çµé¿¡°Ô Àü¹®ÀÎÀ¸·Î¼ÀÇ Ã¥ÀÓ°¨À» °®°Ô ÇÏ°í »õ·Î¿î Á¶Á÷ÀÇ È¿À²ÀûÀÎ ±¸¼º¿øÀ¸·Î Àüȯ½ÃÅ°·Á´Â ³ë·ÂÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù(ÀÌ¿µÈñ, 2002). ÀÌ¿¡ °£È£Á¶Á÷ ³»¿¡¼ ½Å±Ô°£È£»ç¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ±³À° ¹× °ü¸®ÀÇ Á߿伺ÀÌ °Á¶µÇ¸é¼ ü°èÀûÀÎ ±³À° ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÅëÇÏ¿© ½Å±Ô°£È£»çµéÀÇ ¡®Çö½ÇÃæ°Ý¡¯(Kramer, 1974)À» °¨¼Ò½ÃÅ°°íÀÚ ÇÁ¸®¼ÁÅͽ± Á¦µµ°¡ °¢ º´¿ø¿¡ µµÀԵǰí ÀÖ´Ù.
ÇÁ¸®¼ÁÅÍ´Â ÇÁ¸®¼ÁÅͽ±À» ÅëÇØ ½Å±Ô°£È£»ç¿¡°Ô °£È£ºÎ¼ ¹× °£È£´ÜÀ§ÀÇ °ø½ÄÀû, ºñ°ø½ÄÀû ±ÔÄ¢, °ü½À, µ¿·á µîÀÇ ±Ô¹üÀ» ¼Ò°³ÇÏ°í, ½Å±Ô°£È£»ç°¡ ÀÚ½ÅÀÇ ¿ªÇÒ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Ã¥ÀÓ°¨À» °®µµ·Ï ÈƷýÃŲ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of preceptor preparation education on the preceptor¡¯s role recognition and job satisfaction.
Method: This study was designed as a pre-experimental, one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this study were 44 preceptors who had the preceptor preparation education at a university hospital in Suwon, Korea. Data were collected from May 26th to June 15th, 2003. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 10.0 with paired t-test and Pearson¡¯s correlation.
Result: The results were as follows; (a) After the preceptor preparation education, preceptor¡¯s role recognition increased significantly compared to before the preceptor preparation education (t=-4.910, p=.000), (b) After the preceptor preparation education, job satisfaction increased significantly compared to before the preceptor preparation education(t=-4.470, p=.000), (c) Preceptor¡¯s role recognition was significantly positive correlation with job satisfaction(r=.422, p=.004).
Conclusion: The results of this study shows that preceptor preparation education was effective in increasing preceptor¡¯s role recognition and job satisfaction.
